Freddie Mac Prices $528 Million Multifamily K-Deal, K-504
(firmenpresse) - MCLEAN, VA -- (Marketwired) -- 01/21/16 -- (OTCQB: FMCC) recently priced a new offering of Structured Pass-Through Certificates (), which are backed by underlying collateral consisting of fixed-rate multifamily mortgages with 5-year terms. The company expects to issue more than $528 million in K-504 Certificates, which are expected to settle on or about January 29, 2016.

The K-504 Certificates are backed by corresponding classes issued by the FREMF 2016-K504 Mortgage Trust (K-504 Trust) and guaranteed by Freddie Mac. The K-504 Trust will also issue Class X2-A, X2-B, B, C and R Certificates, which will not be guaranteed by Freddie Mac and will not back any class of K-504 Certificates.
