Acquisition of Shares of Boulder Energy Ltd. for Investment Purposes
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 01/19/16 -- Following the purchase today of 404,795 (or approximately 0.87%) of the common shares of Boulder Energy Ltd. (BXO.T, the "Company"), Steve Laciak, an employee of Dundee Securities Ltd., now has beneficial ownership of, in respect of Mr. Laciak''s personal and family member accounts, a total of 5,017,250 (or approximately 10.80%) of the outstanding common shares of the Company. The common shares were purchased through the facilities of ChiX at market prices.
All of the shares of the Company under Mr. Laciak''s control and direction are held on his own behalf or that of family members. The shares were acquired in the ordinary course of Mr. Laciak''s investment activities in respect of Mr. Laciak''s personal and family holdings, for personal investment purposes.
Mr. Laciak may purchase or sell shares of the Company in the future on the open market or in private offerings, depending on market conditions and other factors material to Mr. Laciak''s investment decisions. At no point in time did or does Mr. Laciak intend to launch a formal take-over bid or propose a transaction that could constitute a take-over bid.
