(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 01/15/16 -- Northview Apartment Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX: NVU.UN) announced its January 2016 monthly distribution in the amount of $0.1358 per trust unit, payable on February 15, 2016 to holders of trust units of record at January 29, 2016.
As at the date hereof, there are 44,410,640 trust units (NVU.UN) issued and outstanding and 7,809,539 Northview Apartment REIT Class B units issued and outstanding.
