Cadillac Announces Granting of Incentive Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 01/14/16 -- Cadillac Ventures Inc. (TSX VENTURE: CDC)(OTC: CADIF) ("Cadillac" or the "Company") announced today it has granted an aggregate of 2,575,000 stock options of which 2,150,000 were granted to Cadillac''s directors and officers and 425,000 were granted to employees and consultants. Each option entitles the holder to acquire one Cadillac common share at an exercise price of $0.08 until January 5th, 2021.
