Inca Wisdom Invoked for New Product On Kickstarter

The science behind the product relies on the chemical makeup of Physalis Peruviana , “Inca Berry”. This native plant of Peru has one of the highest occurring concentrations of Omega fatty acids of any plant in the world. Omega fatty acids have long been known in the skincare world for increasing collagen production, retaining the skin’s moisture levels, and reducing the appearance of fine likes. Much like Shea butter, Inca Berry and Inca nuts were used by the natives in the region to safeguard their skin from the elements. Using modern techniques, more of the compounds that make this plant effective against the symptoms of aging can be utilized.

The Inca Berry and Inca nuts are imported directly from Peru where the active ingredients are extracted using an ultrasonic device in order to minimize nutrient loss during production. From there the compounds are emulsified using the Oleosomes method, to naturally mix oil and water. Not only is the methodology successful, but affordable. The company is looking for funding to get this item into production and onto shelves where it can be purchased at an affordable price.
