(TSX VENTURE: SVS) ("Solarvest"), announces that is has extended its non-brokered private placement, which was previously announced on November 30, 2015 (the "Private Placement"). Solarvest anticipates it will close a second tranche of the Private Placement on or about January 31, 2016.
