The Fraser Institute Media Advisory: Are Provinces Being Shortchanged by Federal Transfers from Ottawa? New Study Coming Tuesday, January 12

In recent months, some provincial premiers have blamed a lack of funding from Ottawa for their inability to balance their budgets. The study, Are the Provinces Really Shortchanged by Federal Transfers? looks at the changes in federal transfers over time and the amount of funding Ottawa provides to provinces.
