Ice Energy Hires Charles Costenbader as CFO
Executive Brings 25 Years of Top-Level Financial, Strategic Growth, and Utility Experience
(firmenpresse) - SANTA BARBARA, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 01/06/16 -- Ice Energy, the leading provider of distributed thermal energy storage solutions, has hired Charles Costenbader as its new Chief Financial Officer. His addition to the executive team comes at a time of accelerated growth in revenue and projects for the company, including expansion both domestically and internationally as it transitions to full-scale commercial operation.
Costenbader most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of Synthesis Energy Systems, based in Shanghai, China. Prior to that he was Chief Financial Officer. He has 25 years of physical asset operations and commodity risk management experience in the power generation, refining, natural gas storage, biofuels, and renewable energy sectors. This includes 10 years in the Structured Finance Group of GE Capital and energy commodities at Macquarie Bank.

Costenbader is a licensed Professional Engineer with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Lafayette College and an MBA from Columbia University.
