(TSX: CCA) will hold their Annual Shareholders'' Meetings on Wednesday, January 13, 2016 at 11:30 a.m. (Eastern Standard Time) at the Centre Mont-Royal in Montreal (2200 Mansfield Street). During this time, both companies'' financial results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2016, ended November 30, 2015, will also be disclosed. A live webcast of the Annual Shareholders'' Meetings will be available on the Cogeco website at .
A conference call for financial analysts will be held just prior to the Annual Shareholders'' Meeting on Wednesday, January 13, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. (EST) to discuss the companies'' financial and operating results.
