(TSX VENTURE: TGM) ("True Gold" or the "Company) announces that it has granted incentive stock options to its directors and certain key employees and consultants, exercisable to purchase up to 8,930,000 common shares in the capital of the Company until December 30, 2020, at an exercise price of $0.23 per share. The incentive stock options were granted in accordance with the Company''s Stock Option Plan and shall vest in accordance with the terms of the Plan.
