West Mountain Environmental Corp. Announces Acquisition of Shares by Paul Antle
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 12/30/15 -- West Mountain Environmental Corp. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: WMT) announces that further to disclosure requirements of applicable securities laws, Mr. Paul Antle of St. John''s, Newfoundland and Labrador reports that he has purchased 888,000 common shares ("Common Shares") of the Company. Prior to the transaction, Mr. Antle owned and controlled 6,375,610 Common Shares representing approximately 11.8% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares. On a diluted basis, should Mr. Antle exercise all of his stock options, he would have ownership and control over 7,863,610 Common Shares representing approximately 14.4% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares.
Mr. Antle acquired the Common Shares for investment purposes. Presently, Mr. Antle has no intention of acquiring any further securities of the Corporation. Mr. Antle may acquire ownership of or control over further securities of the Corporation in the future depending on market circumstances.
