(TSX VENTURE: GER) ("Glen Eagle" or the "Company") has issued 1,900,000 stock options to eight directors, officers and employees. Options are valid for five years until December 29, 2020 with a strike price of $0.07 cents and under conditions as per the option plan approved at the shareholders meeting on June 18th, 2015.
