Sercor Ltd. Announces Acquisition of Common Shares of Aura Minerals Inc.
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 12/29/15 -- Sercor Ltd. ("Sercor") announces that on December 23, 2015, it acquired 8,200,000 common shares ("Aura Common Shares") of Aura Minerals Inc. ("Aura"). The 8,200,000 Aura Common Shares (the "Purchased Shares") were purchased by Sercor through the facilities of the Toronto Stock Exchange at a price of $0.08 per share.
The Purchased Shares represent approximately 2.87% of the issued and outstanding Aura Common Shares (based upon the 285,986,796 Aura Common Shares stated to be issued and outstanding by Aura).
The Purchased Shares have been acquired by Sercor for investment purposes.
