Paul H. Stephens Announces Acquisition of Additional Equity Interests in Eurasian Minerals Inc.

Stephens ("Stephens") announces that he has acquired (the "Acquisition") ownership and control over 1,000,000 common shares (the "Acquired Shares") of Eurasian Minerals Inc. (the "Corporation"), representing approximately 1.36% of the currently issued and outstanding common shares of the Corporation (the "Shares"). The Acquired Shares were purchased at a price of USD$0.3504 per Acquired Share, which, based on the Noon Bank of Canada exchange rate on December 23, 2015, equals approximately CDN$0.4857 per Acquired Share.
Immediately following the Acquisition, Stephens owns, or has control or direction over, 12,826,845 Shares, representing approximately 17.44% of the currently issued and outstanding Shares (on a non-diluted basis).
The Acquired Shares were purchased through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange.
The Acquired Shares were acquired for investment purposes. Stephens has a long-term view of the investment and Stephens and any joint actors do not intend at this time to acquire additional Shares, but may acquire additional Shares either on the open market or through private acquisitions or sell the Shares either on the open market or through private dispositions in the future depending on market conditions, reformulation of plans and/or other relevant factors.
