Thanks to so many tenants showing their giving spirit, the drive was a great success. Over ten boxes of clothing, shoes, stuffed animals, and so much more was donated to the Good Shepherd Shelter, helping to make the holidays brighter for the families they serve.
The Good Shepherd Shelter is the first domestic violence shelter in Los Angeles -- providing a safe, nurturing environment in which mothers and their children can heal, reawaken their dignity and self-confidence, and learn the skills that will help them stop the cycle of domestic violence.
