TerraBioGen Closes Private Placement
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, CANADA -- (Marketwired) -- 12/29/15 -- TerraBioGen Technologies Inc., a developer of proprietary high-value agriculturally bioactive products, announces that it has closed a private placement.
The private placement is for 84,000 units at $5.00 per unit for proceeds of $420,000. Each unit consists of one common share and one warrant exercisable at $6.00 per share for 5 years.
These funds will be used to enhance the Company''s commercialization efforts through further product development, field trials, collaboration development, and securing intellectual property rights.
