Solarvest Renegotiates Fiscal Advisory Agreement With Quinsam Capital
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 12/24/15 -- SOLARVEST BIOENERGY INC. (TSX VENTURE: SVS) ("Solarvest" or the "Company"), announces that it has renegotiated its previously announced fiscal advisory agreement with Quinsam Capital Corporation such that the outstanding monthly fees shall be payable in shares. Pursuant to a letter agreement the accumulated outstanding sum of $25,425 shall be settled through the issuance of 101,700 common shares at a deemed price of $0.25 per share.
Completion of the settlement will be subject to a number of conditions, including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. The common shares issuable pursuant to the purchase agreement will be subject to resale restrictions for a period of four months from the closing date under applicable securities legislation.
