FT Portfolios Canada Co. Announces Distributions for Its U.S. Technology Sector Exchange Traded Fund

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 12/23/15 -- FT Portfolios Canada Co. ("First Trust") today announced reinvested distributions for First Trust AlphaDEX™ U.S. Technology Sector ETF (the "ETF") (TSX: FHQ) listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange for the period ending March 31, 2015.
The reinvested distributions generally represent realized capital gains within the ETF, special distributions received by the ETF or other income and are paid to unitholders, as required, to ensure the ETFs are not liable for ordinary income tax.
The reinvested distributions were paid to Unitholders of record on March 31, 2015.
