WestKam Closes First Tranche of Private Placement
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 12/23/15 -- WestKam Gold Corp. (TSX VENTURE: WKG) (the "Company" or "WestKam") is pleased to announced that it has closed the first tranche of a private placement previously announced November 18, 2015, and has placed an aggregate 17,900,000 units of the Company through the sale of 11,700,000 flow-through units and 6,200,000 units at price of $0.03 per unit. Each flow-through unit consists of one flow-through common share and one common share purchase warrant, with each warrant exercisable at a price of $0.05 for a period of five years from the date of close. The securities issued in connection with the private placement will be subject to a hold period expiring four months and one day from the date of issuance of such securities.
