Group Ten Metals Inc. Extends Warrants
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 12/22/15 -- Group Ten Metals Inc. (TSX VENTURE: PGE)(FRANKFURT: 5D31) (the "Company" or "Group Ten") announces that it has applied to the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") for an extension to the expiry date of a total of 1,220,000 share purchase warrants.
The warrants were issued in connection with the December 2012 private placement of units and were set to expire on December 31, 2015. The extension of the expiry date of the warrants is subject to Exchange approval.
