West Mountain Environmental Corp. Announces Changes in Management
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 12/22/15 -- West Mountain Environmental Corp. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: WMT) announces that Tim Mahoney has been appointed as the President and CEO of the Company effective January 1, 2016. Since 2009, Tim Mahoney has been a consultant to the Company with a focus on corporate development. He will also serve as a Director of the Company commencing on January 1, 2016.
Paul Antle remains Chairman of the Board and will assist in transitioning Mr. Mahoney into his new role. The Board is most appreciative to Mr. Antle for his commitment to the Company as the Company''s Chief Executive Officer over the past 8 years.
Senator George Furey has tendered his resignation as a director of the Company at the same meeting given his new responsibilities as the Speaker of the Senate of Canada. The Board congratulates Senator Furey on his recent appointment and thanks him for his good counsel to the Company and his commitment to our nation.
