IDM Mining to List on TSXV Following Voluntary Delisting From TSX
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 12/22/15 -- IDM Mining Ltd. (TSX: IDM) (the "Company") announces that the Company''s common shares will be delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange after the close of trading on Tuesday, December 29, 2015 and will be listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV") commencing at the open of trading on Wednesday, December 30, 2015. There will be no interruption in trading.
The decision to move to the TSXV was made in order to reduce annual administrative costs and to provide greater financing flexibility as the Company pursues its growth strategy.
