Builders Capital Mortgage Corp. Announces Class A Non-Voting Share Distribution
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 12/18/15 -- Builders Capital Mortgage Corp. (the "Builders Capital" or "Company") (TSX VENTURE: BCF) announced today that its board of directors has declared a distribution of $0.2216 per Class A Non-Voting Share of the Company. The distribution will be paid on January 31, 2016 to holders of Class A Non-Voting Shares of record on December 31, 2015.
The amount of this quarterly distribution equates to an 8.8% annualized return on the original $10.00 share price. When added to the distributions declared for the previous three quarters of the year, it brings the Company''s total annual distribution of 2015 income to Class A Non-Voting shareholders to $0.82 per share, or 8.2% on the original $10.00 issue price.
