Black Diamond Group Limited Announces December Dividend
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 12/17/15 -- Black Diamond Group Limited ("Black Diamond" or the "Company") (TSX: BDI), a leading provider of workforce accommodation and modular workspace solutions, today declared a dividend of $0.05 per share to be paid on January 15, 2016 to shareholders of record on December 31, 2015. The ex-dividend date is December 29, 2015. This dividend is an ''eligible dividend'' for Canadian income tax purposes.
