VIQ Solutions Wins New Digital Court Recording and Management Contract in Kansas

The court has selected VIQ''s sophisticated networked recording solution, with a central server for secure, centralized storage and multiple recording workstations capturing and sharing digital audio and related files from multiple courtrooms. VIQ''s centralized database enables the court''s multiple courtrooms to share digital files instantly, while sophisticated security protocols keep the court''s records secure and accessible only to authorized users.
The court will also be implementing the VIQ ICM Tool, an integrated workflow tool that seamlessly connects to the court''s existing case management system and enables the court to instantly create case lists without any manual information re-entry. This sophisticated tool will boost the court''s efficiency and productivity by preventing input errors and reducing the time required to key in case information. The ICM Tool is compatible with leading case and data management systems around the world.
The court had previously been using a competitor''s product for over 15 years.
