Newalta Announces Quarterly Dividend
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 12/15/15 -- Newalta Corporation (TSX: NAL) announced that it has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.0625 per common share for the fourth quarter of 2015, payable on January 15, 2016 to all shareholders of record on December 31, 2015. The ex-dividend date is December 29, 2015.
Newalta expects that the dividends will be "eligible dividends" for income tax purposes and thus qualify for the enhanced gross-up and tax credit regime for certain shareholders.
