Trailcon Leasing Solidifies Management Team for National Presence

With the recent appointments of two senior executives, Trailcon Leasing Inc. now has the ideal team in place to carry out its plans for national expansion.
Darryl Hartman joined Trailcon on October 26 as Vice-President, Finance & Administration, reporting directly to President Alan Boughton. A graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University''s Bachelor of Business Administration honours program, Hartman brings not only a Chartered Professional Accountant designation, but also substantial practical business experience. He has previously held positions as Director of Business Planning and Treasury, and Director of Financial Reporting for large corporations such as SunOpta Inc., and Masonite International Corporation, billion dollar companies operating worldwide. As Boughton notes, "Darryl''s financial strengths will complete the executive team, rounding out operations with cost-effective solutions to ensure sustainability."
Hartman joins Trailcon''s existing team of executives: Mike Krell, Vice-President, Sales and Marketing; and Bryan Burningham, Vice-President, Service & Operations. "With such a strong senior V.P. team now in position, the business focus can remain on the continued demands from our customers, thereby allowing us to respond, react, and execute flawlessly, and accelerating our plans to expand to more locations across Canada," says Boughton.
Also on October 26, Don Andrews joined the team as Director of Operations. Andrews'' expertise is in problem solving and productivity improvements. Although he is relatively new to the trailer leasing industry, he has held many upper management positions with large corporations such as Engine Control Systems (CDTI), Boeing Company, and Stemco Canada. "This experience, coupled with his education portfolio in finance and executive management, makes him the perfect candidate," says Boughton.
Each Vice-President is empowered to build his department with strong, dedicated team members, using the most advanced tools in the industry to reinforce Trailcon''s vision.
