Rock Energy Inc. Calls Special Meeting of Shareholders
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 12/10/15 -- Rock Energy Inc. (TSX: RE) ("Rock" or the "Corporation") announces that in response to a requisition made by a dissident shareholder, it has called a special meeting of shareholders (the "Meeting").
The Board of Directors of Rock has determined to hold the Meeting on February 23, 2016 and has fixed the record date for the Meeting at the close of business on January 4, 2016 (the "Record Date"). Shareholders of record as at the Record Date will be entitled to receive notice of and to vote their shares at the Meeting.
A management information circular with respect to the Meeting will be mailed to shareholders and filed on Rock''s SEDAR profile in January 2016.
