BC Moly Ltd. Announces Meeting Result and Grant of Options
(firmenpresse) - BURNABY, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 12/10/15 -- BC Moly Ltd. (the "Company" or "BC Moly") (TSX VENTURE: BM) is pleased to announce that at its Annual and Special General Meeting of Shareholders held on Friday, December 4, 2015 (the "Meeting"), incumbent directors Paul Champagne, Brian Kynoch and Edward Yurkowski were re-elected as directors of the Company. At the Meeting, Shareholders also appointed Smythe LLP, Chartered Accountants, as auditor of the Company; authorized the directors of the Company to fix the auditors remuneration; and adopted and approved the Company''s stock option plan.
The Company also announces that it has granted stock options to certain directors and an officer of the Company to purchase an aggregate of 600,000 common shares in the capital of the Company, each at an exercise price of $0.10 per share for a period of ten years pursuant to the Company''s Stock Option Plan.
