Canyon Creek Food Company Ltd. Canyon Creek is pleased to announce that it has received a letter of commitment from one of the largest food retailers in the United States, to launch its Pho Bo Vien kit, a new refrigerated soup product. The launch represents a significant Company milestone, as this is Canyon Creek''s first foray into the U.S.
The Company''s Vietnamese Pho Bo Vien is packaged as a fresh refrigerated soup kit. It includes broth, meatballs, fresh noodles, Sriracha Chili Sauce and Hoisin Sauce, and will initially be available in select stores in the Los Angeles, California area, starting in January 2016.
