Bellingham, WA. Dec. 1, 2015 -[Evolve Truffles proudly announces its first Holiday €œPop-Up" Chocolate Lounge.](http://www.evolvetruffles.com/news-events/) Fifteen consecutive days have been slotted for Music, Art & award winning chocolate by Evolve Chocolate.
Evolve Chocolate Lounge kicks off with a video launch celebration on December 10 at their prime downtown Bellingham location. A two-minute video about award-winning Evolve Chocolate, beautifully crafted by Spicer Dent Productions with musical score by the gypsy jazz combo €œNuage", will stream from 4-9PM. All lounge evenings will feature a variety of live music, from bluegrass to poetry by The Poem Store, paired with Evolve Chocolate confections and local artists Julia Martin, Corwin Ferguson & Aritas Studio for an ambient destination before or after dinner.
Evolve Chocolate Gift Collections will be available for purchase; Spice | Liqueur | Pacific Northwest | Floral | Beer. Daily chocolate specials, including bouche de noel, nougat, marshmallows, bark, as well as Bellingham Coffee Roasters drip coffee and Evolve sipping chocolate served in a Blue Water Pottery demitasse *will also available for purchase as well as all artwork. *30% of sales will be donated to the non-profit Skookum Kids, caring for foster children in Whatcom County.
€œWe are very excited about our Holiday Chocolate Lounge, first in a series of €œPop Ups". Our Evolve Chocolate customers can also prepare for the Valentine Chocolate Lounge and of course, the Mother''s Day Chocolate Lounge May 8. Ultimately, the €œPop-Up" events will pave the way to a permanent location, creating an outlet for a local chocolate experience" says Evolve co-owner Shannon Fox.
