Robix Announces AGM Results
(firmenpresse) - LETHBRIDGE, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 12/07/15 -- Robix Alternative Fuels Inc. ("Robix" or the "Corporation") (CSE: RZX) announced today that all matters set forth in the management information circular dated October 30, 2015 were approved by the shareholders of Robix at the annual general and special meeting ("Meeting") held on December 4, 2015. The resolutions that were passed at the Meeting included fixing the number of directors to be elected at the Meeting at five members, the re-appointment of John J. Geib Chartered Accountant as Robix''s auditor, the approval of the name change of the Corporation to "Robix Technologies Inc." or such other name as the Board of Directors deems appropriate and as may be approved by the regulatory authorities (the "Name Change"), and the confirmation of the amendment to the by-laws of the Corporation to support the Direct Registration System for the Corporation''s securities. Although approval for the Name Change was obtained at the Meeting, such Name Change will only become effective at a date in the future to be determined by the Board of Directors when the Board considers it to be in the best interests of the Corporation to implement such Name Change. Finally, Robix''s Board of Directors will now consist of Nathan Hansen, Robin Ray, Kevin Aylward, Wanda Cutler and Karla Alva-Jorstad.
