CERF Incorporated Announces Changes to Its Board of Directors and Management
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 12/07/15 -- CERF Incorporated ("CERF" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: CFL) announces the appointment of Artie T. Kos as a director of the Corporation. Mr. Kos joins the board of directors of CERF (the "Board") consisting of J. Blair Goertzen, William C. Guinan, David Maplethorpe, Bradley R. Munro, Ken Stephens and Wayne Wadley. The appointment of Mr. Kos follows the resignation of Alfred Sailer as a director of the Corporation effective as of December 7, 2015. The Corporation would like to thank Mr. Sailer for his service during his tenure as a director of CERF.
Mr. Kos will also serve as Executive Chairman of the Board. He is currently the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of ATK Oilfield Transportation Inc., a private company providing specialized transportation services to exploration, development and production companies operating in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin and in the Permian Basin in Midland Texas.
CERF also announces that Wayne Wadley has resigned as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation effective as of December 7, 2015. CERF''s Executive Vice President, Corporate Development, Austin Fraser, has been appointed as President of CERF. The Board would like to thank Mr. Wadley, the founder of CERF, for his guidance and leadership over the past decade. The Board looks forward to Mr. Wadley''s continuing contribution as a director of CERF.
