CHC Student Housing Corp. Announces Departure of CFO
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 12/07/15 -- CHC Student Housing Corp. ("CHC" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: CHC) announces that Robert Waxman has resigned as Chief Financial Officer and Vice-President of the Company to pursue other interests. Mark Hansen, President and Chief Executive Officer commented, "On behalf of CHC, I would like to thank Robert for his leadership and contribution to the Company. He has been an important part of the management team and the growth of CHC. We all wish him well as he embarks on the next stage of his career."
The Company has initiated a search for a new Chief Financial Officer and will provide further information in due course. Mr. Waxman has agreed to assist in an orderly transition in the meantime.
