Dominion Citrus Limited Announces Resignation of R. Peter. McLaughlin as a Director of Dominion Citrus Limited

Peter McLaughlin has resigned effective December 2, 2015 as a director of DCL and as Chair of the Audit Committee of DCL. Mr. McLaughlin currently is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Dominion Citrus Income Fund (TSX: DOM.UN) (the "Fund") and will continue in that position. DCL would like to thank Mr. McLaughlin for his many years of service as a director of DCL.
