Closing of $350,200 Private Placements With 3 Quebec Financial Institutions
(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 12/03/15 -- DIOS EXPLORATION INC. (TSX VENTURE: DOS) completed today a $350,200 non-brokered private placement.
A total of 5,002,857 units at $0.07 per unit were subscribed by three Quebec Institutional Funds, each unit comprised of one Common Share of DIOS and a half-warrant; one whole warrant entitles its holder thereof to subscribe for one Common Share of DIOS at $0.10 per share during a 24 month period.
There will be a hold period of four months and one day on all securities issued under this financing. The TSX Venture has conditionally approved the private placement.
The proceeds of the placement will be mainly used to pursue exploration drilling on HEBERTO GOLD drilling discovery reported this Fall. Please refer to DIOS'' website for more information, core photos and results. HEBERTO GOLD is road accessible, 12 km west of Eastmain1 power facilities, 50 km south of GOLDCORP''s gold mine, James Bay, QC.
