Leitwind, one of the leading European manufacturers of wind turbines of the megawatt class, decided to equip five wind turbines in Poland with the HighStep Rail instead of a conventional ladder or hoist!
(firmenpresse) - Very good news for all the HighStep Fans: Leitwind, one of the leading European manufacturers of wind turbines of the megawatt class, decided to equip five wind turbines in Poland with the HighStep Rail instead of a conventional ladder or hoist!
After trying already the system in different wind power plants across Europe, but always in combination with the already existing ladder, Leitwind made a revolutionary system decision in favour of HighStep, considering it more efficient than the traditional solutions.
Such decision is a very important milestone for the history of HighStep: it shows how more and more companies are taking this innovative climbing system into consideration during the planning of their structures. These turbines, for instance, are going to be built in November 2015 and directly equipped with HighStep, without any alternative system in place.
The wind industry has always been and will remain one of the main areas of focus for HighStep and has already started to show its full potential. We believe this future-oriented climbing system will soon be considered by all operators and producers of wind turbines as a very valid alternative to all the existing traditional ways of reaching the nacelle, especially in higher turbines.
