(NEX: VFI.H) (the "Corporation") announces the grant of an aggregate of 353,000 stock options to its directors pursuant to the Corporation''s stock option plan. Each such option has an exercise price of $0.10 per share, expiring on November 30, 2020. This stock option grant is subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
