Western Pacific Trust Company Appoints CFO
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 11/24/15 -- Western Pacific Trust Company (TSX VENTURE: WP) (the "Company") announces that, subject to regulatory approval, Ms. Sharon Lee, CPA, replaces Mr. Dat Wong as Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective November 25, 2015.
Ms. Sharon Lee has over 17 years'' experience in financial administration and accounting. She has had successful careers in accounting and management in both the public and private sectors overseeing all aspects of financial reporting. Prior to starting her own accounting practice, Ms. Lee was a Manager and then Senior Manager at Smythe CPA in Vancouver, BC for eight years. She has been the accountant for a publicly traded resource company since October 2013 and currently serves as a member of its board of directors.
Ms. Lee is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and has a B.Sc. (Mathematics) from the University of Alberta.
The Company thanks Mr. Wong for his three years of service to the Company, and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
