Hard Creek Nickel Corp.: Private Placement Warrants Extended
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 11/16/15 -- Hard Creek Nickel Corp. ("the Company") (TSX VENTURE: HNC) announced today that the Company has received TSX Venture Exchange approval to extend the terms of certain warrants issued pursuant to a private placement of 10,000,000 pre-consolidated shares with 10,000,000 pre-consolidated share purchase warrants in November 2012.
After a 5:1 consolidation, the 10,000,000 warrants became 2,000,000 warrants, of which 1,686,693 warrants were owned by non-insiders. The terms of these warrants have been altered as follows:
