Canadian Metals Announces the Appointment of Michel Lamontagne as Board Member
(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 11/10/15 -- Canadian Metals Inc. (The "Corporation") (CSE: CME) is pleased to announce that Michel Lamontagne, LL.L, Adm.A., ASC., has joined Canadian Metals as an independent member of its Board of Directors, effective immediately.
Michel Lamontagne is a member of the Quebec Bar (LL.L.), a tax lawyer by training, a member of the Ordre des administrateurs agrees du Quebec (Adm.A.), a graduate of the College des administrateurs de societes and a certified corporate director (ASC). Currently, he is active as a corporate director, as a member of Anges Quebec, mainly as an investor in small and medium businesses, and as a business consultant.
His professional career has led him from government to entrepreneurship as well as with large businesses and multinationals, and his particular fields of contribution have been in health (pharmaceutical and medical technologies), in finance and academia (governance and infrastructure), in technology ("green" technologies and communication technologies) and in the field of environment (exploitation, conservation and preservation of natural resources).
He has always carried out his professional career in combination with active community involvement in areas mainly affecting business groups, philanthropy, youth, disadvantaged families and the environment.
