Panda Restaurant Group Renews Partnership With ArrowStream

("Panda Restaurant Group"), the world leader in Asian dining experiences, has renewed its contract with ArrowStream, enabling Panda Restaurant Group to better manage food spend, inventory and inbound logistics across its brand portfolio of Panda Inn, Panda Express and Hibachi-San.
Panda Restaurant Group will continue its long-standing partnership with ArrowStream by utilizing OnDemand to offer an integrated, comprehensive supply chain data analytics solution for its supply chain team. In particular, Panda Restaurant Group relies upon centralized inventory visibility to mitigate stock outs and product shortages, and uses spend management guidance to help navigate significant growth in same-store sales and footprint expansion with new stores.
In addition to using OnDemand, Panda Restaurant Group will also continue utilizing ArrowStream''s Managed Services division to work with its logistics department to enhance freight performance. ArrowStream now manages a large portion of Panda Restaurant Group''s transportation spend and has accounted for a significant amount of gross savings.
