(PresseBox) - Reliable hygiene is of the utmost importance in the food and beverage industry. To ensure this in hose lines, the right hose material and coupling system must be selected. The high-quality rubber compounds and pressure-bearing materials used in the Blaudieck beverage hoses from ContiTech satisfy the most stringent hygiene requirements and possess all the requisite test certificates.
The smooth, non-porous and odor- and taste-neutral inner lining of Blaudieck hoses conforms to the recommendation XXI / III of the German Federal Institute for Risk Assessment (BfR) as well as the directives of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in the US. It is resistant to conventional cleaning agents and sanitizers and is suitable for CIP (cleaning in place). Blaudieck hoses with UPE inner liner are also resistant to high-power cleaning agents and sanitizers.
