World Moto today announced an agreement to license HailYes™ in Kampala, Uganda. HailYes™ licenses were issued for Kampala (and surrounds), the capital and largest city of Uganda, home to a population of close to 2 million people and an estimated 250,000 motorcycle taxis (Source: The Guardian, 2013). Uganda is a country of East Africa, bordered to the east by Kenya, and home to more than 37 million people. Uganda and the East Africa region are largely unserved or underserved and represent a significant opportunity.
