Dominion Citrus Income Fund (TSX: DOM.UN) and Dominion Citrus Limited (TSX: DMN.PR.A) Announce a Notice of Default in Respect of Interest Owing on the Participating Notes
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 11/06/15 -- Dominion Citrus Income Fund (TSX: DOM.UN) (the "Fund") announces that Dominion Citrus Limited (TSX: DMN.PR.A) ("DCL") is in default of its interest obligation to the Fund having made no payment of interest in respect of interest owing on the Participating Notes ("Notes") due and payable after June 30, 2015.
The Fund will work with DCL to cure this default without prejudice to its rights and remedies under the Participating Notes and reserves the right to demand payment of the Notes in full under the terms of the Indenture governing the Notes at any time.

The Fund is a publicly traded, unincorporated, open-ended limited purpose income trust. On January 1, 2006, all of the common shares of DCL were exchanged for trust units of the Fund.
