(Dixie), a leader in emerging cannabinoid extraction and wellness platforms, are pleased to announce they have entered into a definitive and exclusive licensing agreement to manufacture and distribute Dixie Elixirs and Edibles products in Oregon.
Golden Leaf is a leading cannabis oil manufacturing business in North America and is able to facilitate low cost production of the highest quality oils and cannabis infused products based on competitive advantage rooted in economies of scale and the development of intellectual property. Dixie Brands, Inc., based in Colorado, holds the licensing and IP rights for the Dixie Elixirs and Edibles line of edibles, topicals and tinctures. Established in 2010, Dixie has fast become one of the most recognized names in infused products and is currently establishing a presence in markets around the country.
Under the terms of the agreement, Golden Leaf, with primary business operations in Oregon, will initially commence with the manufacturing and wholesale distribution of in Oregon. Golden and Dixie will also begin working collaboratively to explore future opportunities in other jurisdictions for their collective portfolios of products.
