The main aim is of this "must have" kitchen tool is to give you confidence in lifting, moving or carving meat and poultry in the kitchen. So as a welcome breath of fresh air, and with the aim of making his customers feel more confident, Forkit provides that control because of the total security it offers cooks in managing their meat. Forkit is purposefully made this way as it was designed by cooks and not just to be another faddy gadget. This is made to be used regularly and become the "go to" tool for lifting and carving.
