Automodular Corporation: Third Quarter 2015 Results
(firmenpresse) - PICKERING, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 11/03/15 -- Automodular Corporation ("Automodular") (NEX: AM.H) reports a net loss of $(0.3) million or $(0.02) per share for the quarter ended September 30, 2015 compared to net earnings of $3.7 million or $0.19 per share in the same period in 2014. For the nine months ended September 30, 2015 and 2014, Automodular reports a net loss of $(2.1) million and net earnings of $8.5 million or $(0.11) and $0.44 per share, respectively.
As previously noted, Automodular ceased operations at its Oakville facilities in December 2014 and no longer has active operations.
The results for the first three quarters of the year are summarized below (all figures in ''000s except per share amounts):
Automodular''s interim consolidated financial statements and Management Discussion and Analysis for the period ended September 30, 2015 will be filed on SEDAR on or about November 10, 2015.
