Apivio Engages Sophic Capital as Investor Relations Firm

("Apivio" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: APV) is pleased to announce that it has retained the services of Sophic Capital Inc. ("Sophic"), a Toronto, Ontario based investor relations firm, to provide market awareness and investor relations services to the Company.
Sophic is a leading investor and financial public relations firm specializing in small and micro-cap companies. Sophic intends to increase awareness of Apivio through its established relationships with investment analysts, financial institutions, brokers and investors focused on the microcap market space. This will allow the Company to build and maintain an informed investor audience.

Sophic has been engaged for an initial term of six months at a monthly fee of CDN$6,000 that may be renewed at the Company''s option. In addition, Apivio has agreed to grant options to purchase 100,000 common shares of the Company (the "Options") at a price of CDN$0.30 per common share for a period of five years from the date of grant. The Options shall be subject to the terms of the Company''s stock option plan and the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange. The Options will vest over one year.
The appointment of Sophic as an investor relations consultant of Apivio and the granting of the Options remain subject to regulatory acceptance of applicable filings with the TSX Venture Exchange. Sophic holds 72,000 common shares in the capital of the Company.
