Acquisition Provides KSIX Expansion Into the Mass Tort Lead Generation Market

Under the agreement, KSIX Media founder Carter Matzinger will become president of DigitizeIQ as it becomes a subsidiary of KSIX Media Holdings, Inc. KSIX Media plans to continue operating DigitizeIQ at the time of the acquisition.
